Commercial Use

Commercial Use provides the permission of client to use the artwork for commercial use, they can use it for advertising, etc. But not for reselling.Commercial Fees uses the total price of the artwork, multiplied by 3.
(*For example, if you purchased an artwork worth $15, and want to use it for commercial reasons, the price will be multiplied by 3. Thus, the amount paid by the client will be $45.)

PAYMENTS ✿⋌The client may either:
••Pay 50% upfront before the initial sketch and the remaining 50% after completion, or
••Pay 100% upfront.

REVISIONS ✿⋌••Revisions caused by my own mistakes are free.
••Additional revision fees depend on complexity. To avoid extra fees, please notify me about changes as early into the process as possible.Included revisions:During sketch phase:

••Multiple minor revisionsDuring coloring/rendering phase:

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✿⋌I do not usually entertain rush deadlines (please have mercy, I am a student ;-;) but you may still indicate your preferred deadline in the request form.Completion time may range from 1 week to 3 months depending on:
••Health
••School workload
••Availability
••Commission complexityAfter payment is received:
••A sketch will first be sent for approval.
••WIPs and updates may initially be sent as low-resolution watermarked images.
••Progress updates may be sent during major stages (sketch, lineart, flat colors, etc.) or upon request.The final piece will be delivered as:
••PNG format
••350 DPI unless otherwise requested
••Via VGenTwo versions will be sent:
••Watermarked version
••Non-watermarked version
••My artist watermark/signature will still remain visible on both versions.✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
USE ✿⋌Personal Use
Allowed:
••Posting the artwork on personal social media with proper credit
••Using as profile pictures, headers, wallpapers, thumbnails, etc.
••Printing for personal use
••Cropping/resizing for personal layouts
No additional fee is required for this.Limited Commercial Use
This refers to monetized usage where the artwork itself is not directly being sold.Allowed with no extra fee:
••PFPs on monetized platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
••Basic promotional graphics
••Simple thumbnails or bannersAdditional fees may apply for:
••Stream overlays/backgrounds
••Paid advertisements
••Business promotion
••Large-scale promotional campaigns
Commercial usage fees usually range around 30–50% depending on usage scope. Please discuss this beforehand for a fair quote.Full Commercial Use
This includes:
••Merchandise
••Prints
••Book/game covers
••Products for resale
••Any direct profit involving reproduction of the artwork
This is only allowed with an additional commercial fee, usually around 100–200% of the original price depending on usage scale. A written agreement may also be required.✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ✿⋌I, the artist, nyachisobaaa:
1. Retain rights to all commissioned artwork
2. May post commissions as portfolio/sample work unless agreed otherwise beforehand
3. May stream, record, or upload the art process unless discussed otherwise
4. Do not claim ownership over your original characters or intellectual property
5. Even under commercial usage agreements, I still retain the right to showcase the artwork for portfolio/promotional purposes unless a buyout or NDA agreement has been arranged.✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
CLIENT USAGE RULES ✿⋌The client may:
1. Upload the commissioned artwork with visible credit
2. Use it for personal purposes
3. Resize/crop the image
4. Use the artwork as study/reference material.The client may NOT:
1. Claim the artwork as their own
2. Remove my watermark/signature
3. Alter or heavily edit the artwork without permission
4. Color my sketches or lineartUse the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or AI-related purposes
5. Reproduce or sell the artwork commercially without purchasing commercial rights✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
REFUNDS ✿⋌Clients may request cancellation before coloring begins. Refund amounts will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.No refunds will be issued after:
••The sketch has been approved
••Rendering/coloring has begun
••The artwork has been completedIf a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period after major progress has been made, the commission will proceed/be delivered and become non-refundable.I also reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.Chargebacks are prohibited after approval of the artwork.✄┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
COMMUNICATION ✿⋌You may contact me through VGen or my social media accounts.Clients are free to ask for progress updates throughout the commission process.If I become unresponsive on certain platforms for long periods, it may be due to internet or school-related issues.
